    Want to buy used BMD DeckLink SP is it worth?

    Hi,
    like in topic, i have MacPro QuadCore 2×2.8 and i want to buy video card mainly for monitoring picture from Apple’s Color.
    I don’t want to spend too much money for this so i was wandering that simple DeckLink SP which i can get for about 200$ will be enough. I’ve found in forums that those cards is not working with new MacPro’s, is it true?
    I need to have analog output so Intensity card is not the solution.
    Any other ideas? Or I need to buy for example DeckLink Studio or Kona LHe?

    Hi Marcin,

    If you have a newish Mac Pro, chances are it will have PCI Express slots. You’ll need to make sure the DeckLink SP you’re getting has PCI Express slots as we make a version for PCI slots as well.
