  Voiceover tool solution

  I use a Blackmagic Decklink SP card and have never been able to find a simple, reliable method of getting the Voiceover tool to work with it.

  I did, however, find a workaround that seems to do quite nicely. I just got a Sony PDX10 that features some pretty good audio circuitry. An AKG C-3000 mic is fed into the XLR input and firewire is fed from the PDX10 into the G5.

  With this setup the voiceover tool works just fine. And there’s little compromise in the recording quality.
