Voiceover Tool End Beeps Removal
Anyone know how to eliminate the “end” beeps when using an out point with the voiceover tool. They are very distracting to the talent who knows where the end is! I can eliminate the beeps by simply not entering the out, but sometimes I want an out.

Uncheck the “Sound Cues” button at the lower righthand corner of the VO Tool window

I don’t know of any setting that would defeat this I’m afraid.

I record all my vo’s via an Audio Technica mic through my DVX100, capture via FW and my audio is flawless. FWIW

When you uncheck that button, ALL the tones go away. I just want the tones leading up to the out point not to play. I guess I’ll not use an out marker and stop the record on the fly. Thanks.
