Voice recording software for PC….
I want an easy to use software editing system to make voice only files and load them out for both mp3’s and podcast/itunes formatted players.
I am having a hard time finding anything suitable. Basically I am recording a book one chapter at a time and need to delete errors prior to making and mounting the file onto my website.
Any ideas?

Audacity is a great, free audio recording/editing program. It works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
