Voice-Overs with Firewire
Hi All,
Is there a way to do voice overs using the mic on a DV camera via the firewire port? or using a USB Mic?Thanks.

To achieve the best quality, connect an external microfoon to the camera and record the voice-over on tape in a quiet room with closed curtains. Then capture this tape and add the sound to the timeline.

A USB mic will work, but it must be configured in Windows Control Panel as well as Premiere’s ASIO panel.
