voice focus in audition
I have audio from a podcast that is mixed together and I want to isolate the audio of the host and guests from the mixed audio in audition. Is this possible and how is it done?

If the voices were panned full right or full left, then you could get to them. If they are actually mixed together, then no. There is no way to separate them except manually going through and copying and pasting each part when someone speaks to a new track – which would be excruciating. It’s like baking a cake and then trying to get the egg back out as a separate item.
