  VOB not importing properly

  I am using Premier Elements 2.0 to convert decrypted VOB files to AVI files. I’ve done like 30 hours of footage and it’s worked fine. But some of the files aren’t complete when I import them to Premiere. It will only play about half of the actual file. The weird part is that the previews in the timeline show the missing footage while the video is the video that exports. I tried rendering it, but that doesn’t help. Any ideas?
