    You can use a track matte (or even a regular mask). If you need any help, let me know and I can post a mask that you can use.

    Ok. I just made this thing real quick. Obviously with a little tweaking you can immitate the above effect.

    Directions:
    Drop on V2 or any other track above your main video
    Reduce the opacity, till you are satisfied.
