Viewing Vegas Edited Video as HD on HDTV

I use the Tools Print video to HDV tape. Here is what I have

First Screen –
Device Sony HDR HC3
Format 1080-60i

Second Screen –
Description – Audio: 384 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, Layer 2
Video: 29.97 fps, 1440×1080
Use this setting to create an HDV 1080-60i MPEG-2 file with .m2t extension.

Third Screen –
I have use the manual option.

When it finishes printing to tape I receive an error message –
An error occurred while creating the media file – Error 0x800705aa (message missing)

Should I see the video on my camcorder monitor while it is recording?
