Viewing Closed Captions with BMD Decklink Card
I would love if someone can confirm that the Decklink Card can push CC to an external monitor via SDI. This is a proofing system. I’m using PP 2018 on a tower Mac Pro with El Cap OS. Files will already have embedded CC or Ibring in MCC files. I have a JVC monitor that does display CC on both HD and SD signals. I’m not capturing from tape or recording back to tape, just viewing so I would like to spend as little as needed.
If someone is doing this successfully I would like to know.

As far as I know and have found most of the BM Hardware does not output the embedded Ancillary Data in an HDSDI Signal.
I also believe that Avid is the only software that will, either with the Nitris DX or the BM Artist DNxI/O.
