  Video/Audio not synched AFTER export

  My friend shot some footage from his phone and I wanted to edit it. I threw it in CS4 and made a short video.

  When I export the timeline the video and audio become out of synch.

  The video file is 3gp and is supposed to be at 15fps. I have tried different codecs and frame rates, but it is always slightly off.

  I tried exporting the video and audio separate, then using another NLE to export it, but it is already out of synch in the timeline.

  I can only think that either the 3gp file is not actually 15fps, or there is something going on in CS4 I can’t fathom.

  What can I do? I really want my friend to see this video.
