Video won’t conform and audio goes out of sync
I imported a .m2ts file to Premiere Pro CS6 I recorded through Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. The conform bar didn’t show up. I brought the footage into the timeline and edited it. Then going through it the audio from the original footage got out of sync with the video. Same thing happened with a .mp4 recorded through Fraps.
Neither of these video types have caused me problems before. What is going wrong?

I’d guess that the Roxio whatever Capture makes variable frame rate files like some cellphones do. The files play fine in a media player but they won’t sync in NLEs that are expecting a constant frame rate.

but I’ve been using this for months and nothing like this has ever happened.
