    Hi, a question:
Why every time I move, with mouse, audio slider in audio mixer tool during time line palyback, to balance music with speach, video stop to play?

If I move slider with mouse button pressed al is Ok, but when I release button the video stop but the audio not. I must stop with spacebar and re press space bar again.

    Thank
    Paolo

Because that is how FCP works.

Here…try this. To adjust audio as you play, press CMD [ or ] for -3db or +3db, and CMD – or + for 1db changes. The video will pause for a fraction of a second while you do this, but then continue to play.

    OR….

Get a mixer that interfaces with FCP and allows you to adjust audio on the mixer and reflect in FCP without stopping or pausing at all. The Tascam-FW-1082 does this.
