I don’t know what I’m pushing to do it, but I keep shutting off the video scrub whenever anything has happened to the video, speed change, transitions, etc. What do I use to turn it back on?

    Thanks everyone.

I’m probably using the wrong words. But this is what is happening: when video goes from one scene to the next, the transition just holds the picture from the last scene, and it does the same when I change speeds, 100% to 250%. Ideas?

You need a very fast machine to scrub through a speed effect that is unrendered. My Quad can do it very easily with most speed changes, but my laptop will simply freeze on a frame of video until I release the playhead.
