Video problems after export, not in program
Basically, I have a few different layers. A shield layer, a text layer, a background texture and some adjustment layers for over the background with glows and finally, a camera.
As the text flies on to the shield layer, I have a “CC Light Burst 2.5” effect come on strong and fade out as the text is in its resting spot. It’s not a complicated motion graphic and everything looks fine as I scrub through and even when I do a RAM preview.
However, as soon as I add to render que and export, the video comes out haywire. The shield constantly flickers as the text layer comes on. As far as codecs, I’ve been tried Animation, Apple Pro Res 422 and H.264.
Anyone know what may be causing the bad export?

Sounds like it could be a motion blur issue. Are you previewing with motion blur enabled in the composition?

Yes, I do have motion blur enabled for a few of the layers. Is it fixable with out taking off the motion blurs?

What version of After Effects? Have you installed the recent updates?
What operating system?
What kind(s) of source footage?
Tell us about your computer hardware.
Are you rendering with OpenGL? (If so, turn it off.)
Are you using Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously multiprocessing? (If so, try with it off.)
What are your Memory & Multiprocessing settings?
