Video preview stops playing after 29 frames
Hello, I am a student learning how to use this Premiere Pro, it is the latest version and fully up to date. CS5.5
We have imported footage and began editing it but when we attempt to play what is in the timeline so far, the preview pane stops playing after 29 frames and will not play the rest of the video. It is a 48 second clip.
Can anyone explain why this happens and what I need to do to fix this?
Misc info,
We are transitioning away from FCP and just received the Production Premium, my teacher doesn’t know how to use this so we are all stuck.
It is Mac edition, running on a 2.26 Intel Core 2 Duo iMac, 4 GB of RAM. Not quite sure what GPU is inside, as we just received these brand new last week. -

I tried to find the file but it was not there. I checked under the local user library as well. It is as if Premiere did not create the file yet.
