Does anyone know of any 3rd party plugins that can enhance clarity of video that supports Vegas? I just want to make my dvds optimal.

Are you having problems with how ‘clear’ your video looks?

You might try a combination of high-end cables and hallucinogenic drugs :-0

    :))))

But you can also google for “Mike Crash”.
He made a filter called dynamic noise reduction,
which implements some sort of smoothing in time.
Thus reducing noise without degrading sharpness,
    but destroying some motion information…
You have to find the right balance.
Sometimes useful stuff, I had luck with it.

You can try smartsmoother too, but
with dnr you have better chances
    if it’s about noisy stuff.

    Also built in sharpen, colorcorrector/secondary
and brightness/contrast are for enhancing your video.

Combining these effects you have countless possibilities
    to “extremely” enhance your video.
But be careful – if you go too extreme the result
can get worse then the bad original.
