    Video only (or audio only) deck capture?

    I have a DVCAM deck from which I’m trying to capture some footage with embedded audio and some without (for example, a whole ton of B Roll).

    I can’t see a way through either the Vegas capture window or the BlackMagic Media Express interface to individually select capturing video/audio, or just video or just audio.

    Is there not a way?

    For audio only, you can plug the audio output of your DVCAM deck into your sound card and capture it that way.
    There’s no way that I’m aware of to do a video-only capture.
