Video not playing in source window
When viewing compressed avi files (HD 1080i 59.94fps) the slider moves along but the video is not progressing. Shows the opening frame, sometimes jumps a few frames and then shows the last frame. Other formats run fine.
Is there a setting that is not set right? -

Without knowing the properties of your video and your hardware specs it is difficult to help.
Having Sequence settings match the properties of your video is a good starting point…also 59.94 fps is unlikely for 1080i which has no fields.
