March 2, 2021 at 1:23 pmThanks for these replies. I am probably going to explore the Logi option.
I have a series of 6 new films I am working on whihc we are dubbing into about 12 language versions. The system that I have set up in FCPX has been fine, to a point, but I really need all the stem to hand and all the mixes from the film editor so i can make tweaks more easily.

March 2, 2021 at 4:59 pmBeside the sound, why don’t you use SRT with this amount of languages. These will always stay in “their language track” above all lanes and keep the connection to the audio/video clip they belong to and easily can be turned on/off. This is way better than in PPro or FCP Classic.
You always can convert them to Motion Titles for the final version or “proof prints”.

March 3, 2021 at 1:23 pmI hated it when Apple skipped the video lanes. My main reason for switching to DaVinci.
