  • Video jitters after rendering effects and titles!!

I’m wondering if someone could shed some light on this question? I’m a new Premiere CS 6 user, and I’m trying to learn the ins and outs of the software. I noticed after I render an effect or a title in the sequence (the red line turns green) the top of the video jitters in the program window. Before I render (I see a red line), but the video plays fine. I exported it and it looks fine.

I was wondering if anyone has experience this and why it happens?

    My specs are:

    Adobe Production Premium CS 6
    Mac OS X Version 10.6.8
    Processor 2 x 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    RAM 12 GB

    Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 5770

    Mpeg 4
    720 X 480 clip
    24 fps

    Thanks.

I’ve had similar experience in this but only when using sd footage from dv tapes, I haven’t encountered this with my hd footage.
But I think in your case it sounds like your footage doesn’t match your sequence settings, have you tried your footage in a new project with a different frame rate or aspect ratio?
