    Video is jittery when exported out of AE

    Hello,

    I just exported footage out of AE, I applied masking to adjust unwanted glare. It was playing smoothly on AE when I previewed it. But when I import it into Premiere Pro the video is jittery. Any idea why it happens and how to fix it?

    This happens to me sometimes. I don’t know if this is the best way but I right click the footage and go into field options then hit flicker removal. If you slowed the clip down sometimes I add flicker removal and take of frame blend.
