Video has motion blur look on burned dvd
My video looks as if it has a motion blur on it and small lines. Expecially when there is camera movement. My source footage was exported out of APP2.0 as DV NTSC video. Does any have any idea why??

Sounds like a field dominance issue. Was your footage exported lower or upper dominant? Whichever it is, match the transcoding preset field dominance in Encore.
