Video Glitch After Export FCP
Well I just finished exporting my 50 min long project from final cut pro. I am using h.264 codec. now i’ve exported a long video like this before, but this time the video glitches and stays stuck on a frame and the audio continues. wat did I do wrong and or how can I resolve this issue. thank you for any help.

You are editing with a non-friendly FCP codec. Use Prores and your timeline with playback with no problems.
