  Video freeze after render

  Can anyone tell me why this happens and if it can be fixed?
  Sometimes after a render, the timeline will start to playback, but the video will freeze on a frame while the audio continues to play. Only way I’ve found to clear it is to exit Premiere (CS2) completely and then restart the project.
