Video Flashing
Hi
My footage is flashing as it shoot by the fast shutter speed. I tried the Neat Video plug in. But its not working. As the flashing only show when the video play. Does any one know any video temporal-smoothing filter can fix the problem?as I can’t reshoot the footage.

What do you mean flashing? Can you show us a screenshot of it “normal” and one of the “flash”

thank you for your reply. I tried to upload the video for your reference. but it pops up (Error – Did you already upload the video? This is not how you upload another video!)
the problem just shows when i play the footage. It can’t tell when i took the screenshot.
the footage is very simple only a person with the grey background. if the normal footage with the right shutter speed the background is normal. if the problem one the background is keep flashing ( like the old film effect).
