I created a 4 min video in AE7 and imported it into PPro 2 to add to a project. Before and after rendering some of the words look bad like they need to be rendered. It looks great in WM player and quicktime but not in PPro 2 even after rendering.

The video is not a reference file with dynamic link it is a self contained video exported out of AE7

    help!!!

Make sure you are doing a field render (lower field first for NTSC)

yes i have the correct fields. i thought it was the trapcode effect or font size or style but still no change.

Is it full screen video that you are exporting or an alpha channeled asset such as a lower third or graphic?

If it is full screen, I export with Best Setting (altered to Lower Fields), Quicktime (Animation codec, RGB only).
Or you could just use the Dynamic Link function. However, I’ve had random problems with reliability when using the DL.

thanks guys – the problem in all this changing around fonts and effects was the cpu monitor – once i output the video to external video monitor it looked fine.

my mistake the sky is not falling is was just rain.
