Video clips from SD card now showing up on Macbook Pro
I am trying to help a friend of mine with an issue that has me puzzled. He used a JVC HD camera (model unknown at the moment). After his shoot, he said he put the SD card in his Macbook Pro and only audio clips showed up. He said no video clips showed up on the computer’s screen. Now the weird thing is that he said he can play the content on the SD cards back in the camera and see and hear the footage with no problem. When he tries to import the content into the computer he’s only seeing his audio clips but not his video clips. Any idea what could be going on? Yes he formatted his cards before he started shooting.
