    Video Clip added in the adobe after effect slow down when I render my Work

    Hi Guys,
    I am basically making a video comprising of pictures and video clips i have. But when i render and watch my rendered video. The video clip actually slows down ( sort of hangs a little while playing).
    Kindly help me sort out this issue.
