    Video Capture Software Suggestions

    I’m sorry this is a bit off of subject, but I don’t know where else to ask. Besides, you have all helped me out so much in the past I go to where the knowledge is!

    In a nutshell – I’mm looking for a free or very inexpensive (simple to use) software that will capture video (in Windows 7 64 bit).

    I’ve tried using the capture software that came with windows, but it doesn’t want to break the video into seperate clips even though I have that checkbox enabled. I’m helping some football coaches and they need to have the video broken into seperate clips. This is SD video.

    Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated

    I figured out why the video would not seperate into seperate clips–The time on the camera was not set! Thanks to Douglas S.E. I was able to solve the issue.
