Video Capture keeps dropping frames
In Premiere Pro CS3, I keep getting a pixelated picture and no video or audio when I capture. I just notices that when I am capturing, the dropped frames count keeps going up as I capture, basically, my capture is dropping every frame. Don’t know what to do about it all settings seem to be normal.

To eliminate the camera and firewire cable, try them on another computer. To eliminate the firewire card, try another camera on your computer.
Then you can start looking at your computers hardware and OS.
