Video Broadcast friendly digital audio mixer (For master control room)
I am looking for a broadcast friendly audio mixer for a simple live production studio. It will mainly act as a monitoring solution for various inputs but will also patch through ISDN/Phone calls for IFB ear pieces for live interviews. There is also a Mic for radio calls, most video audio will be direct via SDI so the mixer will only monitor this.
Must have at least 4 aux sends and digital recall / snapshots for different setups. It will not be used by the most experienced people so the recall must be good.
Wondering if there is any standard here. I have normally used analogue mixers because of budget but I feel this project can warrant a good digital board with recall.
Appreciate the advice.

The new Behringer x32 series or Soundcraft Expression digital boards might be what you’re looking for. Both around $2500 or so.
