  video aspect ratio problems

  I’ve been having trouble placing a video within an InDesign document, or rather my graphic designer is having the problem. No matter she places the video or sizes the window, the video will only play in a 4:3 aspect ratio rather than the 16:9 of the original video. Is this a problem with the video formatting, or possibly a setting within InDesign?

  The video is in H.264 format inside an mp4 container, processed with Compressor 3.5.
