    Hi
    Im trying to incorporate my old VHS, S-VHS and Hi8 tapes with HD in FCP. Got a ioHD. Does all the vhs consumer deck connect and can be capture into FCP. The mac is Intel not g5. What is the best workflow for brining in the old analog media?

    go into the composite input of the I/O HD, and hit CAPTURE NOW.
