    Hi,

I had thought that the new ‘VFX’ and ‘VFX Reel’ headings were available in Xpress Pro HD (5.1.2), but when I came to use them this morning for the first time, they do not appear in the Headings selection dialogue! (Working in a PAL 24p project)

Is this an Adrenaline only feature? I was sure this was mentioned as a new feature for Xpress Pro and they are shown in the Xpress Pro help (although I guess this could be a copy error from the Adrenaline help).

Any ideas, it would be very useful to have this in Xpress Pro, especially for film projects. I guess this could also apply to ‘DPX’ which is also missing.

    Thanks
    Mark

    Mark –

VFX, DPX, UNC, LUT, VFX Reel, Transfer, are all Media Composer Adrenaline features. You can track frame based sources by setting up the Ink Number column as TOTAL FRAMES. Then you can enter a prefix up to 10 characters and a frame count of 000000-999999.

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for the clarification, I was starting to think that was the case. I will certainly use the Ink Number method, thanks for the tip,

    Regards
    Mark
