    Vertical Lines in Source and Program windows

    I’m encountering a strange anomaly where there are strange vertical stripes in the windows when the video is not playing. When I hit the space bar, the lines disappear and the video plays ok. It’s also ok when I export the clips through the media encoder. Here is a sample of the image.

    Anyone ever see this before and figured out what the problem was?

    First thing I did. All drivers, Video card, Premiere, windows……..
