  • Version expired.

I am getting the message “this version of Adobe Premiere Pro has expired” when trying to install it on a computer that previously had it (before a re-installation of Windows XP and formating of hard drive). Any idea of what would cause this?

Is this a legitimate copy of Premiere Pro? If so, contact Adobe support.

Have you activated this version twice?

(Over time one does reinstallations, etc….)

You have two installations, then you need to call support and tell them why you need more… 🙂

Uninstalling the software before you trash XP and reinitialize would open up an activation provided you were conected top the web.

(I found all this out the hard way with the entire video collection as I’d installed it on several machines temporarily leading up to NAB…)
