  Verifying RAID block size

  I’m setting up an internal RAID from three 500MB SATA drives. Disk Utility will let me set the block size before I create the set. I’m choosing 128K since I edit mostly HD video. But after the RAID is created, I check block size by clicking on Options again and it says “32K” and the block size pop-up menu is grayed out.

  How can I verify what block size my RAID is using?
