  Verify my settings – Output but not burning DVD?

  I have used CS5 with no problem. Now, I am using CS6 the same way but cannot get a DVD to burn. It makes the file but does not burn a DVD.
  I check for problems before the build and everything checks out. If it makes any difference I am always using dynamic link from Premiere Pro. Any suggestions on where to start looking? Thanks
