  Velbon PH-145Q Pan/Tilt Revolver Head

  Does anybody here have this tripod head with a big camera like the Sony HVR-HD1000U? I have the Velbon PH-368, which is an excellent head for smaller consumer cameras, but when I put the Sony on it, it does fine but I can tell the camera is too heavy for it. So I was thinking about buying the PH-145Q, which is said to support 6 lbs., but I would like to know first if it’s as good as the PH-368 when it comes to fluidness.
