    Vegas won’t load

    No version of vegas (including Movie Studio) will load on my system. I tried Vegas 5-8 and Movie Studio 6-8. My system resources are as follows:
    Dell Precision 530
    Dual Core Xeon 2GHz(each)
    2GB RAM
    HDD 500GB
    2 Dual Layer DVDRs
    XP Professional with Service Pack 2

    I can’t be the only person dealing with this issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

    Do you also have problems with installing other (non-video related) programs?

    I was able to fix it shortly after I made this post, but thank you for your response. For some reason, Vegas (and other Sony apps) had problems loading sfasio.dll, on my system. I believe this DLL is used to link all Sony media production apps. When I deleted this DLL, the apps loaded just fine.
