    Vegas Video 5 If I cut the beginning of a DV video file, the remaining file does not

    Hello Group, (I had this problem before) and I can’t figure it out again…!

    I import a captured DV video clip and I edit off the first 10 or so seconds, in Vegas 4, the clip would then slide over to the left edge (00.00.00)on the timeline. What do I click on in preferences to get it to slide over to the left edge..????

    This is driving me nutty…!

    Is it Ripple Edit you’re thinking of?
    Personally, I very rarely have it enabled.
