  VEGAS PROJECT for Filipino Television!!

  I have been given the task of making a TV advert for a band, to be shown on Filipino TV. My footage is all shot in 1920×1080 HD, 25fps. The final output of my video must be .mov 720×486, in NTSC because it’s for Filipino TV. I have edited the video using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum. How should I render this video for maximum quality, without problems, to satisfy my client? PLEASE PLEASE NOTE: I have 2% knowledge of technical terms and will crumble if you use complex terminology – please answer as if you are talking to a 14 year old.
