Hello. I just installed V.19 and when the registration screen came up, it was way too small to read. I dropped my screen resolution and still, it was super small. I was barely able to register the program. When I opened it is terribly small, too. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

    1) Get stronger glasses, or

    2) Use CTRL+ the mouse wheel to magnify the screen.

Thanks for your reply. I have pretty strong glasses now. :>) I don’t use a mouse on my laptop, so I’ll find a workaround. Thanks.

I imagine your laptop has a trackpad if you’re not using a mouse, which has equivalent features to a mouse (e.g. for scrolling, mouse-wheel, etc). If Stephen’s #2 point is still valid, you probaly could try it without a physical mouse.

That said — I can’t imagine editing without a mouse.. seems like it’d be way more tedious!

I think I’ll just plug in the USB mouse and adjust it. I don’t do much editing any more, so I don’t use the mouse. Thanks.

    Hello Bob,

I have the same problem. I had the same problem also with Vegas Pro a while back. The problem was resolved by one of the members in this forum. The problem if I remember is in the properties setting of the program. I will search for and let you know

Try going into preferences/display and disabling High Dpi Scaling.

I just tried this to fix the same problem in my trial version of VEGAS 19, IT DIDN’T WORK! IT CRASHED THE PROGRAM A FEW TIMES. NOW THE PROGRAM IS VERY UNSTABLE, I CAN’T OPEN THE EFFECTS.

I’ve struggled with the same small font size issue in Vegas Pro 19.0. When comparing version 15.0 to 19.0, the font size is definitely smaller in certain areas.

I’m using a 4K monitor scaled to 150%. In Windows 10, I’ve tried changing Font Size, but in Vegas the font size does not change in Transitions, Video FX, Media Generator, etc.

Wish I would not have upgraded. Seems I get more frustrated with each release of Vegas.

Does anyone have another idea or work-around on how to increase the font size in Vegas 19.0?

    Here’s a comparison between 15.0 and 19.0.

I’m sorry I just saw your post, Dan. Thanks for displaying the difference. It’s getting pretty ridiculous having to deal with this issue! Thanks Dan, I agree with you.

Hello Luigi. I just saw your post. Thank you. The frustration with Vegas continues. I think I might jump over to Premier. Thanks for your reply.

I face exaxtly the same problem here.

Actually, Vegas 17 was the last version without that issue.

    And look what’s funny.

On my two computers, one is ok the second has the problem.
