  Vegas Pro 14 slower opening projects than Vegas Pro 12 and 13

  I’m having a little downtime lately which gives me an opportunity to troubleshoot various issues on my editing system.

  I have a project with 154 total video and audio clips. Those clips are soley 50mb XDCAM mxf and .wav files.

  It takes Vegas Pro 14 one minute and 48 seconds to open this project.

  It takes Vegas Pro 13 only 29 seconds to open this project.

  I have deleted the cache for Vegas Pro 14 in the event that would help but no change. This is build 211 on a Windows 10 system.

  Anyone else out there who can test veg file opening times between Vegas 13 and Vegas 14?
