I added multiple subtitles to my video by right clicking and selecting “Add Text Media”. I just noticed that the very first frame on the text is an ugly black bar on the left side of the screen. It only lasts for that particular frame, but in motion it’s very noticeable because it happens with every single text file. It doesn’t work on the Legacy text I’ve used, though. Below is a comparison. (First text frame on left, every other on right)

    What are you right clicking?

I’m right clicking the timeline on a video track.

Is this a Vegas menu that has “Add Text Media”? I’m not seeing it.

Or is this Vegasaur or something other third party software?

Look, it’s like this. I’m right clicking on the timeline, then scrolling down to “Insert Text Media”.
