Vegas Pro 11 Crash due to Unmanaged Exception?

I am running the 64bit on Vista.
I’m trying to render my project but it simply will not stop crashing.
Can anyone help explain what is happening? Is there a cure to this?

I just switched back to 10 because of all the bugs 11 has. I’ll still keep it and try it out with the latest update, but it was way too buggy for me and a lot of other people to use.
