vegas pro 11 and genarts sapphire edge -> only render to same format
Use m2t ( 1440×1080-50i ) files , captured by HVR-V1E ( since 5 years now ).
3 seconds m2t file
apply edge light and adjust spot at certain place in that 3 seconds m2t videorender to same m2t format -> OK ( edge light at right place )
render to other PAL widescreeen format ( for DVD users ) -> edge light is out of the screen.( in my case )In order to have an edge effect at right place in different format rendered file , have to first render to same format , reload that and render to whatever format.
Is this vegas pro 11 or sapphire edge issue , or me , anyway very annoying since my individual productions all have to be downgraded to DVD PAL formats . ( unfortunately )
Bought sapphire edge quite a while ago ( when it was discounted ) but did not yet use it though , untill yesterday.
Genarts already confirmed this being caused by sony vegas.
Hope they will solve this very basic issue soon -

Vegas 11 has quite a bit of fine-tuning to do regarding its ofx
infrastructure. Have you tried the latest version of

Thanks for your answer Steve , but it got already answered by the engineers of genarts within 2 hours after reporting to their offical support site. ( being a vegas issue )
Of course , latest version is installed but would not matter much since it is a vegas issue ( also officially reported to Sony ).
Dell T7500 , dual Xeon W5580 , dual nvidia quadro 4000 , 48 GB RAM , 4 HDD , win7x64 , pure and only video editing station and solely installed vegas pro , DVDarch , soundforge and after effects.
