Vegas pro 10 Audio problem after render

As the title suggests, I am having problems with my audio after i render a Mp4 movie with Sony Vegas. In the player itself the sound plays fine, it also has audio in short test renders of segments of my movie. Though when i try to do a full render and play the movie afterwards i have no sound playing. I have made sure that “include audio” is check in my template both times i have attempted a full render.

could this be a codec problem maybe?

Any help would be appreciated.

Audio: 128 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, AAC
Video: 25 fps, 1280×1024 Progressive, YUV, 4 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.000

rendering as: Main concept avc/aac

Include audio checked
sample rate: 48 000
bitrate:128 000

Test Render video: as you can see hear, i have sound whne i did a short test render. The full video is about ~14 mins

I have had similar audio problems, mostly with the sync. What I do is render the video/audio file as an uncompressed AVI file first, then do my editing and effects work with the new file and then render out as .mp4 or compressed .avi.

If the file continues to have problems after converting to uncomressed AVI, then your original file may be broken.

Thanks for the tip, though in the end i just ended up doing a clean install and the problem is gone now.

Guys I have a big problem, If I knew someone to help me would be grateful to him … Menu is all ok when rendered, and when I watch all the clip is fine, but when I put it on youtube clip no sound! I do not know why, but I broke when I get in my youtube profile yet has a sound … not at all clear to me … HELP ME
