I have a Mac Pro (Early 2008) with 2 Quad Core 2.8GHz and 6GB of memory. I’ve created a partition using Windows Vista 64 bit just to be able to use the Vegas Movie Studio 9.0b that I’ve bought. However, I am having trouble with the software. I am not being able to render in any quality. I’ve chosen all of them, specially HD, once I work woth AVCHD (.m2ts,.mpeg4.,.avi) and none of them work. When it starts to render, either a message of abnormal error is displayed or the preview screen that is being rendered stops to present and the estimated time never stops increasing.
Has anyone used this product on a Mac Pro machine?
Can someone help me? I am nearly desperate.
    Thannks and Regards,

Are you using Boot Camp on your Mac to run Windows? I do just that with a MacBrookPro and run Vegas Pro 8 with no trouble at all. Sorry, that’s all the “help” I can give you.

Yes Rick, Bootcamp was the way I’ve created the partition. What is really odd is that Vegas was properly instaled and reads the .m2ts files perfectly. I have no trouble to build the project, the issue is all at the rendering process. What concerns me is that it’s nor rendering even the usual 720×480 DVD files…
